Service Scope

VPNHorse provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 90+ countries / 210+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Route lists, configurations, and subscription details are available through the user panel; the options shown there determine what is available.

This service provides network connectivity, not accounts, content licenses, or paid benefits from third-party websites. When accessing international websites, you must still follow their terms of use. A successful connection to a route does not guarantee access to every feature, regional offering, or account permission on a destination platform.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not publish subscription links on public pages or store them with untrusted tools. If your credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and report it through a user panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, supporting the account holder’s use across different devices. This does not authorize distributing the service to others. Reselling accounts, renting subscriptions, publicly sharing configurations, or using a personal subscription to provide network access to third parties is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Review the plans page before choosing to confirm billing methods and data allowances. A full refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment; see the Refund Policy for application details.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, and determine for yourself whether the content you access and your use of the service are lawful. Do not use this service for illegal activities or to infringe on another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful rights.

Network attacks, unauthorized access, malicious scanning, fraud, distribution of malicious software, and sending spam are prohibited. Do not disrupt other users’ connections or abuse service resources with automated requests. The absence of a device limit does not change these obligations or remove your responsibility for activity on your account.

Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection performance may be affected by your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, destination website status, and maintenance work. VPNHorse does not guarantee that every route will always be available or that access to every third-party service will remain consistent. Maintenance or route adjustments may cause brief interruptions; relevant information will be shared through site announcements or the user panel.

Keep backups of important data and avoid relying on a single network connection for critical operations. Issues caused by changes to third-party platform rules, device failures, or other factors outside the service’s control should be handled according to their actual cause. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law or affect rights you are entitled to by law.

Restrictions and Account Termination

If there is illegal use, resale or sharing, an attack, compromised credentials, or another violation of these terms, VPNHorse may suspend relevant connections, restrict a subscription, or terminate an account based on the risk. To contain an active security risk, necessary restrictions may be applied before notice is given.

Any action will take into account the unusual activity, its scope, and the user’s explanation. If you believe a restriction was applied in error, explain the situation through a user panel ticket and provide information needed for investigation, but do not submit your password or complete subscription link. Account restrictions and related payment disputes will be handled separately under these terms, the Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

When service rules change, VPNHorse will update this page and revise the last-updated month at the top. Important changes affecting subscription benefits or user obligations will be explained through site announcements or the user panel, including their scope and effective date, rather than relying solely on replacing the page.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights users have already acquired under the law. If you disagree with the updated terms, you may stop using the service and submit a ticket to discuss the matter. For information about how personal data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
