Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund window, required information, and payment handling for VPNHorse subscriptions. To request a refund, use the support ticket option in the user panel. Order checks and progress updates are handled through the ticket.
Refund Window and Scope
You may request a full refund within 60 days of your first payment, with no reason required. You do not need to have experienced a connection issue or completed troubleshooting or route changes. The window is verified against your first payment record and the time the ticket was submitted. If you dispute the recorded dates, you can provide proof of payment in the ticket.
Please identify the order you want us to review. List monthly subscriptions, data packages, and upgrade orders separately to avoid combining different charges into one transaction. “Data packages never expire” refers to the usage period and does not extend the refund request window. Later payments do not automatically restart the window based on your first payment.
Eligible Situations and Verification
Within the window above, you may request a no-questions-asked refund if your needs change, your experience with the client differs from expectations, or your route choice does not meet your expectations. You do not need to provide screenshots of any issue. If you choose to describe your experience, it may help us improve the service, but it is not a required reason for your request.
Requests made after the window are outside the scope of this policy’s commitment and require an order-specific review through a support ticket. If a payment cannot be matched to an account, an order has already been refunded, or a duplicate request exists, the status must be checked first to avoid refunding the same charge twice.
This policy does not set a data-usage percentage or excess-usage deduction threshold, and data already used is not, by itself, a reason to deny a full refund requested within the window. Cases involving account violations, payment fraud, or transaction disputes should be reviewed individually, with the basis for the decision explained rather than replaced by a generic account label.
How to Request a Refund
After signing in to the user panel, go to the support ticket page, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the relevant order number, payment date, amount paid, and payment method. If your request involves multiple orders, list each one separately. If the order status in the panel differs from the actual charge, you can attach a payment record that helps verify the transaction.
Keep only the transaction details relevant to this order on your proof of payment; you may hide unrelated information. Do not submit your account password, full payment credentials, or a USDT wallet private key or recovery phrase. No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep refund discussions in the support ticket so you can follow up there.
If we ask for additional materials, reply in the original ticket. Once the materials are sufficient to match the order, the outcome will identify the charge being refunded and the return method. If the order cannot yet be matched, we will explain what information is missing.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are generally returned through the original payment transaction. The actual account credited depends on the payment platform’s records. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, we will explain why in the ticket and confirm an available option before proceeding. We will not switch to another payment method without your consent.
USDT transfers follow a different process from payment platform refunds and cannot be treated as a reversal of the original transaction. For a return transfer, the original transaction record, network, and receiving address must be verified in the ticket before the method is confirmed. Do not send a receiving address or make an additional transfer before confirmation. Addresses on different networks cannot be verified by appearance alone.
Refund Status and Follow-Up
A refund request, order verification, initiating a return, and the funds arriving are separate stages. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on payment channel processing or network confirmation; this policy does not guarantee a fixed arrival time. A status update in the ticket does not mean the funds have arrived. Check the original payment account or the confirmed receiving record as well.
If you have been told that a refund was processed but cannot find the funds, reply in the original ticket with the order number and your latest search results, and ask us to check the return record. Do not open multiple tickets to track the same refund. See the Terms of Service for account requirements and the Privacy Policy for information about the privacy of submitted materials.
