Account and Order Information

No email address is required to register; you can create an account with a username and password. An email address is not required. This service processes usernames, account authentication data and subscription status for identity verification and access management. Keep your login credentials secure, and do not submit passwords or complete subscription links in support tickets.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction identifier and refund status. They are used to verify payment, deliver data allowances and resolve disputes. If you submit a support ticket, the issue description and any attachments will also be processed. Provide only what is needed to investigate the issue, and redact unrelated personal information.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

VPNHorse follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, the pages they access or the content they transmit, and it does not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity. Temporary connection state needed to forward data while connected is not kept as a historical connection record.

Subscription delivery requires processing data usage and remaining allowances. These metering data are used to deduct allowances and display status; they do not include browsing destinations or content. Account authentication, order and support ticket information are separate categories from browsing logs. An anonymous no-logs policy does not mean that account and transaction information is not processed.

Access Statistics and Local Storage

Website access statistics help us understand page visits, referral sources and interactions, troubleshoot page issues and improve content. They are not used to record browsing activity over network routes. Statistics should not contain passwords, authentication credentials or subscription addresses. Sensitive parameters included in a request should not be written to analytics events.

Cookies and browser local storage support features such as login sessions, authentication and language preferences. Clearing this data may sign you out or restore default settings. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Clearing browser data does not delete your server-side account or orders.

Payments and Data Disclosure

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation and settlement involve third-party payment services or relevant transaction networks, whose data processing is governed by their respective rules. VPNHorse uses order details and payment results to reconcile transactions; users do not need to provide customer support with their payment account login credentials.

Relevant information is processed and disclosed only as needed to deliver the service, handle user requests or meet applicable legal obligations. Information on public transaction networks may be publicly accessible and cannot be removed by deleting an account with this service.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services. Order and refund records are retained as needed for transaction reconciliation, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. Support ticket attachments and access statistics are deleted or de-identified when their purposes have been fulfilled and they are no longer needed. No unnecessary, uniform retention period is imposed on all data types.

To access, correct or delete your information, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal, specifying the information concerned. We may need to verify account ownership before processing your request. Deleting an account may affect subscription access. If records must be retained by law or because of an unresolved dispute, we will explain why they cannot be deleted at the same time.

Policy Updates and Questions

This policy will be updated on this page when service processes or applicable requirements change, and the update month at the top of the page will be revised. Significant changes to data use or user rights will be communicated through the website or user panel.
